    I have to take iron and told that vitamin C helps absorb it, so when I get my blood work back it should help!! Less expensive that taking two pills and has no after taste.

    I stumbled upon these when looking for supplements. Didn’t know there was a combination of Iron and vitamin C supplements. My doctor messaged me to take both. I thought I had to buy 2 separate supplements. Wish it came in a larger quantity.

    These tablets are very easy to take and digest at least for me. I do not notice any taste as they are easily swallowed. They are pretty potent with each tablet containing 65 mg of iron and 300mg of vitamin C. These contain the recommended daily value of three days worth of each vitamin so if you are high in iron you may want to cut these or take less than one daily.They are potent. Very easy to take and good on the wallet!A great buy!
