    Easy to swallow capsules that send help immediately. I get leg cramps and leg pain when I’m low on potassium. I take this and I can sleep through the night easily. These are the best due to the small capsule size. Others have horse size capsules that I can’t swallow. I am very pleased with my purchase and will always buy!

    As I showed in my attached pictures, what was listed in the description and what was actually received is greatly different. What is listed on the page is a gluconate, citrate, and aspartate blend with the ingredients of gelatin (capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sillica.What I received was pictured, “Amino acid complex” with ingredients of “RICE FLOUR, VEGETABLE CELLULOSE (capsule), magnesium stearate, PARSLEY, CHAMOMILE, and WATERCRESS.” (Caps for emphasis on what’s different.)As one other reviewer mention, parsley is a progesterone blocker and should be avoided by pregnant women who wish to not herbaly abort their child, while there is no mention of the exact concentration (I doubt it’s enough to be an issue) the seller needs to really update the information on the product they are trying to sell.I’m not sure I really want to take this supplement anymore now, simply because it’s not what I actually ordered, and considering I’m running on already low reserves of potassium right now (daily DGL for leaky gut repair) I may have to further deplete potassium stored while I have to further wait for a product that I actually did purchase to arrive.I’m ok with redoing ingredients and packaging. I am NOT OK with trying to slip something by and hoping people dont notice, something that I specifically ordered because I spent time researching, and now what I specifically bought is not what I actually received.
