I have been taking it each day for the last 3 weeks, but have not seen an improvement in my hair yet…but I bought this based on a friend’s recommendation who has great results.Update 6/24/16. I have been using it and have seen small changes. not much in my hair, but I had a split nail that was growing with the split in it. My nail is now growing whole and long rather than growing split. Great product and highly recommended.

Out of the grey
I’ve only used up one bottle of a 50 day pill supply and so far I like the results. More specifically the grey hair around my hairline is growing out black rather than the dominant greys that have been consistently growing. Therefore I’ve ordered two more bottles because I like those results. I haven’t noticed any other effects but it’s been only 50 days in.

Having used these vitamins for years, I still today swear by them. Not only have I grown my hair out numerous times, once it even grew almost to my but, and I have kinky hair, but I have also recommended it to my nieces and sisters who have had the same results.Try it ladies and you will notice result almost immediately.

These things are always so hard to review. I just finished my second bottle and it appears I may have some new growth. I started losing so much hair in perimenopause, I decided to give this a try. I like that the capsules are easy to swallow and the ingredients don’t overlap with regular multi-vitamins. They don’t bother my stomach at all. I thought I was seeing more hair breakage at the nape of my neck but realized it may be new hair growth. I can say, the rate of hair loss has diminished significantly.
