These are Easy to Swallow
They are just like the old One-A-Day vitamins with one exception. You better swallow it quick because there is no sweet coating on the shell. It tastes yucky if you let it sit in your mouth. Other than that, I like taking them.

I have to buy these online because the local stores do not sell vitamins with iron that are small enough for me to swallow. I am anemic so my vitamins need to have iron in them.

Good quality, easy to swallow
Purchased this item numerous times for my mother as she has issues with swallowing larger sized pills. These are small and easy to swallow, and according to her does not leave an after taste like some vitamins can. Price fluctuates based on availability, but are fairly cost effective as they last her about 5-6 months based on regular daily use. It is decent value considering they make her happy and he swears by them that they work. I cannot attest to the potency or how good they are, but based on her using these for a few years now, she believes they are great compared to other multivitamins that come in a larger sized capsule or pill form because they are harder to swallow and sometimes harder for her to digest.Nature’s Blend has been a blessing to help keep my mother’s vitamin levels in check and the convenience of getting them through Amazon is also a life saver!

The seal was gone when I received mine!
I did not like that the seal was already gone when I received my vitamins. If I had bought them anywhere else, I would have returned them promptly! If it happens again, I will try another brand going forward.

Hard to find
Minerals in vitamins make me incredibly nauseous and finding a daily vitamin that is just vitamins not ‘and minerals’ is difficult. I am pleased to have found these.
