Great vitamin, but eeewwwww!
I like that the methylated vitamins process better, and I’ll soon have bloodwork done to see if my vitamin levels improve, but OMG on the smell and taste! It tastes like a cow that’s been fed Taco Bell for the past year took a dump in my mouth! That’s about the best analogy to fit how foul this is! Could they not come up with a citrus flavored gel capsule to mask this horrific taste?! Eewwww!

All you need is just One
At first this Vitamin upset my stomach so I would suggest to eat it with food. After about a week I no longer had an upset stomach and can take it with or without food. I feel the difference and it a positive reaction. This is a just one pill for women because it addresses the vitamin part but all the hormone part which it is hard to find complementary ingredients. I will stay on these for a while because it’s working for me and I am very particular with the things I want in my body pulse I am very sensitive to things that don’t agree with me. I am giving it a 5 star because it does what it says it is for and I am satisfied with this product.

I am on my 2nd bottle, I really like these vitamins. This 2nd bottle is a new (better) formula too – vit K2 added and a bit more vit A, it looks great. I was told I have an MTHFR mutatation and should take methylated vitamins. These are potent, high B12 and at a reasonable price, and only 1 pill a day! They do not upset my stomach. Some people complain about the smell or color. They must be used to fake vitamins that don’t smell. Good vitamins smell. Don’t smell it, just swallow it and go on with your day. Geez. Color complaints too, dumb. They oxidize a bit, might darken after you open the bottle, it is usually not mold. I have not had a problem with either bottle. I just opened the new bottle and they look great. I will keep buying these vitamins.
