2-in-1 is a bit of a stretch- this is mostly oil of oregano
I’ve ordered a number of supplements from this brand and have always been satisfied with their quality. That said, I’d ordered this particular bottle too hastily and wish I’d slowed down to look at the actual dosage. My fault, I know. But to call it a “2-in-1 herbal complex”- while technically accurate feels like a bit of a stretch. Oil of Oregano is listed at 150 mg per 1-capsule serving, and this dosage seems about right with standard dosages listed 100-500 mg. The thing is, according to drugs.com, “there is limited clinical trial evidence to support the use of oregano for any indication.”Black seed oil, by contrast, has been shown to aid with asthma, obesity and elevated cholesterol, among other things. The issue is that the dosage used in clinical trials is usually closer to 1000-3000 mg/day, and these capsules contain only 100 mg. I’d previously purchased another formulation from this brand that contained the two herbs, but black seed oil was listed at 1000 mg per capsule and oil of oregano at approximately 33 grams per capsule, so with a 3-capsule serving size, you’re actually getting the ideal amount of each herb. With this particular blend, to get a meaningful amount of black seed oil, you’d end up tearing through the bottle very quickly and ingesting way too much oil of oregano, which can cause GI distress.So while this is probably a perfectly fine option for people seeking oil or oregano supplements, if you’re looking for both, I’d go with this company’s other offering.

Overall, this seems like a decent quality supplement. As with most dietary supplements, it’s difficult for me to judge its effectiveness based solely on my own experience because there isn’t an easy way to directly measure the results. Instead, I tend to focus on things like the quality of the ingredients, ease of use, and overall impression. Physically, I don’t think I have noticed any kind of effects, positive nor negative.One thing that stood out right away was the strong aroma of oregano when I opened the bottle. I could also noticeably taste oregano after taking the softgels, which gives me some confidence that they do contain a meaningful amount of oregano oil. The softgels have been easy enough to take, and I haven’t had any issues using them.I also think the quantity is a plus for these. With 180 capsules in the bottle, it offers a decent supply for the price compared to many similar supplements. While I can’t personally verify the long-term health benefits, the product appears well made, and based on my experience so far, I think it offers good value for anyone looking to add an oregano oil and black seed oil supplement to their routine.

Recommended brand but I feel the dosing is low in comparison to what I take now.
I already take black seed oil and oil of oregano supplements individually. The black seed oil supplement I take is made by NatureBell. The oil of oregano supplement is by a different brand. So when I saw this oil of oregano with black seed oil from NatureBell I really wanted to try it.This bottle contains 180 softgels with a serving size of one softgel..so a six month supply.Lot # and date of expiration…04/2028…stamped on bottom of the bottle.There is no smell when opening the bottle.Softgels are of the size you would think of when taking a fish oil type capsule/ softgel. I’d say if you’re used to capsules these are slighter larger than the average capsule. These are not tiny as many of the softgels are. I personally have no issues swallowing or taking any larger type of capsule/ tablet or gel cap but if you do a heads up.I like NatureBell supplements. I have several I use on the daily. I refuse to take any supplement that does not use cGMP and third party testing WITH verifiable results. And on that front NatureBell delivers. It gives me peace of mind knowing dosing amounts are at the levels they are purported to be and said supplement is free from toxins like molds or heavy metals.Another plus on this supplement is that both ingredients are listed individually with dosage amounts. That way I know exactly how much of each ingredient I am ingesting. I am not a fan of proprietary blends at all.I took this for several days and experienced no side effects. In prior search to find a good oil of oregano I found some brands to cause horrible aftertaste and burps. This did not do that for me. That being said I am not going to continue with this blend as based on the dosage amounts I take individually this one is to the low side. I’ll stick with the two I take now.I don’t think this is a bad supplement it’s just not the one for me. I will say based on my combo…and again the black seed oil softgels I take are from naturebell….that for the dosing amounts I feel this one runs slightly to the high side price wise.
