I usually don’t care for gel caps, cause I usually have stomach problems with them. But this one caused no issues at all. No aftertaste or nasty burping taste. Great to help your immune system, plus I needed supplements for my eyes and bones. Especially since I don’t eat a balanced diet.

The supplements Facts image and the Ingredients under Important information both state Vitamin A (from cod liver oil). Actual received product: Vitamin A (from fish liver oil, retinyl palmitate)!!! Fish liver oil is a very generic term, and I’m assuming could mean any fish (nowhere on the bottle does it mention cod). And retinyl palmitate (synthetic vitamin A) is added into this mix without any mention of how much of the Vitamin A is derived from each source (fish liver vs retinyl p.). So for those like me looking for vitamin A purely from cod liver oil, this is product is clearly not it.
