This is a good product for fiber
This is a good product for fiber, but what I don’t like is you have to take 9 pills a day, and they have very rough edges which make them hard to swallow

Very, VERY large tablets.
I’ve been taking supplements for decades, and the occasional big prescription tablet antibiotic for longer, and I’ve never come across a tablet this big, and had to give up on them after the 2nd or 3rd one. That said, they agreed with my stomach and gut and seemed to do what they’re supposed to do and at a decent price, and I sincerely regretted having to throw them away.

Better than nothing
These work fairly well. I used to use a fiber supplement made by Solgar that I loved, but it disappeared for a while and now is horribly expensive. I honestly don’t think these are as good, but they’re certainly better than nothing, especially if you’re committed to natural products the way I am. The capsules are quite big and dry, and it’s an effort to swallow them all at once (totally unnecessary, of course, but I’m lazy and always in a hurry).

I like the fiber combo but the huge, rough tablets could choke a person!
I bought this product for the combo of fibers which I like. I am the type of person that can throw back a handful of vitamins but these tabs are not only huge but rough and very hard to swallow even one as they are rather porous. Everytime I swallow one I imagine if they stick to esophagus and swell as fiber does, that a person could be in big trouble for choking. I have not choked but now chew the tablet and wash Dow with a ton of liquid. I will not buy again as they are scary huge and potential choking hazard.
