no way to tell really
this product has an impressive ingredient list. but it’s not one that has immediate obvious results, not for me anyway, but they say taking these enzymes on an empty stomach is very healthy, suposed to reduce systemic inflammation, which from the reading i’ve done, apparantly causes all the world’s problems…

Outstanding treatment for inflammation and pain when used to proper advantage
If the body is properly dosed up, this is the safest and most effective pain and inflammation reliever you will find; the trick is to get enough of them and offset side effects. This is kind of the American version of the German Wobenzym, which is administered in saturation dose a day before competitors in boxing and combat sports to prevent fatal inflammation from trauma. These are enterically coated to release in the intestinal tract, very different from digestive enzymes which release in the stomach to aid digestion. It’s on release in the intestinal tract that anti-inflammatory properties are realized. Primary side effect is odoriferous stool which can be overcome by taking chlorella or chlorophyll with it; the dosage would be about 1 per every 100 pounds body mass every 20 minutes on an empty stomach, along with the chlorella/chlorophyll until relief occurs, which, unlike ibuprofen or other painkillers, can be up to a couple hours or more depending on the severity of the trauma and one’s circulation. So, the optimum would be to take your ibuprofen with it for the first dose and then continue with the extended dose for extended relief.

Excellent digestive help
Digestive issues come and go with me. This supplement has been a life saver. Any issue from heartburn to diarrhea is corrected when I begin taking these on a regular basis. Two tablets three times a day on an empty stomach for a week or two works great. Then I am able to stop taking them or just take one a day for maintenance. They do not help inflammation or fibromyalgia for me so far.

A great addition to your joint health regimine
Proteolytic enzymes are useful for digestion as well as arthritis pain and swelling. I use these to manage joint pain and decrease the neuropathy pain I feel in my elbows and distal finger joints. Since taking them I have not had the dull ache radiating, but instead am able to accomplish my daily tasks without fear of pain.

Unconventional uses
I bought this for a different reason than most people. I had extreme, recurrent idiopathic urticaria with angioedema that came out of the blue. I was miserable. Taking more than 10 pills of antihistamines a day. Doctor put me on 60mg of prednisone. It was the only thing that controlled it slightly, but it would come back every night if I stopped the steroid. Besides, I did NOT want to be taking steroids long term. I’m relatively healthy. I went and bought this after reading an article and I also combined it with Gaia Extra Strength turmeric extract. Within an hour my hives started “calming down”. Thanks to taking this on an empty stomach with the turmeric, I CURED my hives. I didn’t just mask the symptoms and then get them back once this wore off…..it actually cured them within a couple of weeks of taking it.Also, I recommended this to my cousin who is 37 and has never been able to conceive and she is now 22 weeks pregnant after taking this for approximately a month. It was a miracle. I now have a 4 month old baby girl that was conceived unintentionally after 7 years of not having any kids. She is a blessing, but I was taking this product at the time and I suspect it cleaned me up and made me super fertile cause this pregnancy was a real surprise.

LOVE this Product!
It greatly helped ease tense back, hip and thigh muscles caused by two different falls. The only problem is that my local health food store can’t keep it in stock.
