    Excellent product, Great benefits

    I very hesitantly write this review because of the sensitivity of nature. But, since it created such a profound experience I am sharing it hoping it may help someone else also.I purchased this to increase blood circulation.While I started taking these (3 in the morning and 3 at night) I certainly noticed my skin was warmer to the touch and I didn’t need to cover my feet all the time because they weren’t cold. I am now down to 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it seems to be accomplishing the same benefits. When I went to just 1 and 1 it was not. I am 6’5 and about 270 so it might be because of my stature and the need for more to cover…After about 1 1/2 weeks I noticed I didn’t need my heavy blanket at night anymore and could get away with a lighter one and even just the sheet on some nights, because I wasn’t freezing cold. Our thermostat stays on the same temperature every night, and we follow the same sleep pattern. So, I know nothing changed in regard to that part.One thing I hadn’t counted on was the effects it would have on my “personal man.” It certainly helped with circulation in this area and the effects it had on the final stages was almost as if I was a teenager again. I am trying not to be crass and as delicate about this as possible.I am sorry if that hurts some individuals feelings and they think its always about that for a man. It isn’t always about that, but it certainly helped and I am very appreciative of the side benefits of this product in regard to this.Will I continue to take this product? ABSOLUTELY.With Amazon Prime and the multi-pack it is well worth the benefits I have received from it.

    A great antioxidant supplement

    I’m pre diabetic Type II. It runs in my family. Besides watching my weight, limiting alcohol, being active, and watching what I eat (low or no sugar and good carbs (high in fiber)), I discovered, through research and a dietician, that there are a lot of “super foods” that provide diabetic health benefits. Right at the top are blueberry’s. Thus I started adding them to my “HIGH FIBER” breakfast cereal. However, there are just so many blueberry’s that one can eat, so in looking for blueberry juice at Amazon, I discovered that there are Blueberry capsules. Looking at high reviews, I decided on this particular brand and decided to try them. After 6 Months, my 1AC is the lowest its ever been plus my eyesight improved to were I had to go to lower strength contacts. For the record, I also take Vitamin D and Chromium Supplements. Important, just taking pills is not a cure all for managing diabetes, its a complete commitment as mentioned earlier.

    Great stuff! Super great company!! & great for prostrate. I Get it for my dad & much cheaper than buying & eating a basket of bbs everyday. I unfortunately can’t take due to mcas & histamine and salicylate intolerance so if that’s u avoid. But I love this company they are one of my top 2 out of the entire market
