I’m always stressing myself out, so I need something that can support the adrenal glands. This particular B vitamin, seems to do just that. Like that it’s in it’s coenzymated form, for efficiency sake.I keep trying to calm my nerves/mind, by boosting my Amino Acids that are involved in neurotransmitter production, with little results, but this vitamin/product, seems to pick up the slack.
