    Very good product. Taking it as directed. One capsule per day. I take a pill nightly. The first day, I felt no impact. The second day, it started working. Works great and gently and now go on a regular basis. No adverse effects at all. Thanks.

    I have used the regular Natural Balance Colon Clenz for YEARS… DAILY! Recently added this to the rotation. I use these a couple times a week instead of the regular ones.In my opinion, consistency is key in how helpful this is! In my opinion, it is not something you just use once in a while, someone else might not need it but maybe once every other day or something. But I do take this brand of colon cleanse daily. It keeps me very regular, multiple times a day but that’s okay with me. It does not give a stomach cramping urgency for me.
