Some people who eat carb-loaded meals take this extract to reduce the carbo load in their bodies and perhaps stave off weight gain. As far as the absorption of carbohydrates, this extract seems to. However, many nutritionists complain that the potency is not standardized and tends to be unreliable.As a weight loss aid, I haven’t been able to tell a real difference using this. However, with most supplements it takes months of use before you can really tell. So maybe I just need to give it some more time to work.I also noticed I was a little gassier than usual. Since I take so many supplements, it’s hard to pin the gas on the white bean alone. But, the bloat did seem to increase after adding this supplement. I did not notice any other negative side effects.My advice, as always, is to read up on this a bit before you purchase. It may or may not be the best way for you to accelerate your weight loss.

Severe gut pain
Amazon did nothing wrong but this product you should be aware. It caused me severe gut pain, severe discomfort and extreme flatulence. So bad that I couldn’t go anywhere and or attend any of my doctor’s appointments.
