When you look at a list of the top foods that are rich in niacin, there’s quite a few on there that I’m not going to eat (liver, anchovies), and quite a few more that just aren’t my cup of tea. And if you look at a list of what the body uses niacin for, it’s a pretty long one. So I figured a supplement couldn’t hurt. When i saw this one was made in the USA in a GMP certified facilty, that was all I needed to know. To me, there are certain things you have to see from a product to know that you’re actually getting what it says it is and that it uses quality ingredients.I have been struggling with my energy levels lately and just feeling blah in general. Both of those have also led to having trouble concentrating and just enjoying life in general. So I’m hoping this supplement can help support some overall changes to get past this all.These are easy enough to swallow, but then , I’ve never really had trouble swallowing pills. At more than $1 per capsule, they’re a little pricey, but I feel like you’ve got to pay for safety these days. And $38 for a month will be worth it if I can actually start improving my quality of life with this in the rotation.

I grabbed the NAD+ Boost Pro with niacinamide mostly out of curiosity since I’d never tried anything like this and honestly had no clue what it was supposed to do. First thing these capsules are super easy to swallow, no weird smell, and zero gross aftertaste. Honestly, that’s a bigger deal than people think. It’s one capsule per day serving giving you a 30 day supply. I did notice that there’s a manufacturing date on the bottle but no expiration date which is something to be aware of if you like to keep things around for a while. I love that it’s simple. It’s got niacin (as niacinamide) and nicotinamide riboside chloride, which are both forms of vitamin B3. Basically, they help your body actually use energy instead of just feeling jittery, and they support your cells behind the scenes.
