While these pills are a bit on the larger side, find that taking them has greatly helped me manage my PCOS symptoms. They don’t have much of a bitter taste so getting them down isn’t too bad. I haven’t had any extremely noticeable effects, but I feel like my energy levels have raised a bit.

I’m happy with this inositol supplement. It has a 40:1 ratio which seems to be effective for me. This product claims to be made in the USA, third party tested, and GMP certified, which I appreciate. I also like the added magnesium to the ingredients. While taking this product, I do notice more stability during certain times of the month. I have not noticed significant changes to hair growth or weight. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow with no taste. There are 120 capsules per bottle, but that equals 30 servings.
