   This was a better process the one I was using. I sleep most of the time with this supplements. It’s good bc I can’t take melatonin.

   Delicious Inositol Gummies for Sleep that Work!

   I ordered this bottle of EnvyCure brand Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol Gummies to try to see if they could help me with my sleep. I really wasn’t expecting much but I took it the last 2 nights and I actually did sleep much better! The gummies are a soft strawberry flavored chew that tastes good and doesn’t stick to my teeth – yay! The gummies contain D3, Folate, B6, B12 (this one is odd as I thought B-12 was supposed to give you energy not help you sleep), magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, l-theanine, gaba, 5-HTP, glycine, and 2 forms of inositol (Myo and D-Chiro). The combination works for me, at least so far. They are free of the most common allergens including wheat, eggs, soy, dairy, shellfish and peanuts. They also are free of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners or preservatives. They are sweetened with monkfruit and stevia. They are vegan, non GMO and made in GMP certified facility. The bottle and listing says “Premium American product” but doesn’t actually say “made in America and says “lab tested”, but not 3rd party lab tested. The gummies I received are fresh with an expiration date of June 2028. There are 60 gummies which is a 30 day supply. At the time I ordered them they were priced at $28.99 which is a bit high at 48 cents per gummy or 96 cents per day. They taste good and seem to work well but there is some concern as to where they are actually manufactured and how/where they are tested for purity. I am going to knock a star off for that and rate them as 4 stars.

   CGMP facility; I always look for that to verify trust in the product. USA made, patented design, vegan, gluten free and non-GMO. A generous expiration date is clearly listed on the lid. Gummy is semi-solid, soft but not too sticky on teeth. It says liquid core, but I didn’t really see loose liquid after biting into it. The inner core does have a different, softer texture, but wasn’t fully liquid. Flavor is Strawberry and potentially influenced by the Monkfruit extract. Pleasant and not overwhelming or too sweet. Serving size is two gummies 30-60 minutes before bed. 60 gummies included, so a 30 dose supply. I do like that it doesn’t have melatonin.Effectiveness; does seem to help to some degree. My husband has insomnia, and I sometimes struggle with this as well. It did seem to help me get tired. No perceived side effects, aftertaste or stomach discomfort. These are a little pricey, but if they help it may be worth it.

   Why would a 71 year old man take these gummies that are advertised as being for women to help with sleep?The ingredients that are listed can be beneficial for almost anyone.The two primary ingredients on the front label are Myo and D-chiro Inositol which some people believe help balance a woman’s h○rmones. Well, Inositol is also believed to help with fasting bl○○d gluc○se levels and that’s why I take it daily as a supplement.This supplement also contains 500 mcg of Folate; also possibly beneficial in helping to regul@te bl○○d gluc○se.These gummies have other good stuff including Ashwagandha, Magnesium and vitamins D3 and B6.I have been taking every one of these ingredients daily for ○sti○@rthritis, so being able to get all of them in one place is a definite plus.As for the gummies themselves, they taste pretty darned good. They’re chewy but don’t stick to my teeth.I started taking these gummies a few days ago and I’m pleased to report that I have had no ill effects or stomach upset.Definitely do a little research of the ingredients for yourself and consult your healthcare professional, but if you feel like you could benefit, then this supplement would be the way to go.

   Hard to confidently say if these work. I’m already on a regiment of an L-Theanine gummy and magnesium glycinate at bedtime and I typically sleep really well. I opted to switch to these gummies for a few nights to see if they did the job for me. Unfortunately, while I slept well night one, after that, I had horrible nights of sleep for several days until I switched back to my regular regiment.I do think these gummies could be quite helpful for someone first trying a combination of these type of vitamins that promote relaxation, thereby helping one fall asleep.I can appreciate that each ingredient is listed and its dosage is listed, as well. I see far too many supplements lump together a bunch of ingredients on the label and say the combined total of all ingredients versus listing each one and their dosage.The taste is decent. Texture was so-so to me; the outer layer felt a bit harder in texture which felt slightly unpleasant to me.I will only purchase supplements made in the USA or a reputable country, which these check that mark.Overall these would be a good place for someone to start, if they want to test out this type of combination of vitamins, to see how it works with their body. However, given that I have what works for me, I’ll stick with that for now.
