Seems efficient
I loaded for the first 2 days having 20g each day. I don’t feel as exhausted after exercising and I have been able to hit deadlift PR of 315. I find the pills though huge to be more efficient to consume as I don’t have to dissolve in any water/juice. The pills are easy to carry and I am able to have them just after my workout. Love it!

Helped my wrist
Originally got this hoping it would help my brain function a little better. Did not succeed there, but my hands and wrists are more resilient to gripping. My joints are still garbage, but way more useful!I did see more is needed to improve brain clarity, so I recently doubled the scoop. I can not say what exactly is different, but I do over all feel better somehow. Maybe this is how people are suppose to feel?

NOT CREAPURE
NOT CREAPURE!!! The product sent was different than the one pictured. The label says monohydrate, not creapure as shown in the pictures promoting the product. I actually took a few and had a horrible reaction, stomach pain and discomfort so bad I had to return home from my errands. This was not normal creatine monohydrate belly either, I am questioning if this is even legit monohydrate at this point. If you’re looking for creapure, this ain’t it, find something else, and even if you only want monohydrate consider looking elsewhere for that too..
