Has common allergen!!!
I did not notice until reading the box and cant find anything on the page that mentions it but these contain shellfish! Which i am extremely allergic to. Im very glad i read the packages fine print first. My husband did try them and didnt really care for them. He said that he didn’t really like having to take so many pills for just this 1 thing and that they had a weird taste to them. I personally would never get these again and they really need to list everywhere that these contain shellfish.

A few of the ingredients in this supplement pack, I already take singularly on a daily basis. The 5 capsules are large and are meant to be taken with food, once per day. It is nice that everything you need is in one little pouch! So, the packaging is super convenient and easy for travel.This particular health pack is geared toward the aging or older female. That’s me. This is something I desperately need! I have not yet finished my first box, but so far, I haven’t discerned any changes in me, but I take a lot of supplements. It can be really hard to know exactly what or if you are getting benefits from a product. I may have to come back for updated comments when I complete a few more boxes. I am planning on adding this product to my daily supplement regimen.These capsules provide the right balance of vitamins and other nutrients for someone who needs orthopedic support. Give them a try!FYI: When rating supplements, four stars is as high as we will generally go unless we have solid evidence of a specific improvement in our health due to a particular supplement.

It’s quite a bit of pills, however, I have noticed a difference. I can get low and not have to pick it up slow. Great value for the price and high quality. The taste isn’t off putting and they are easy to take. My energy and focus are right on par.

I’m not sold on this product for several reasons:First, be sure to read the fine print- it contains shellfish which many people are allergic to. Though it contains sufficient glucosamine it is often suggested to take the daily 1500mg in three separate doses throughout the day, and finally, I have gastro issues with turmeric and would like to have been able to determine which of the five capsules contained it so i could skip it or take less of it. All five capsules are meant to be taken with food once per day. If you have issues with any of the ingredients it will be hard to discern which one is the culprit.

Well, it’s not so novel in that I’ve never seen anything like it before because I have. Some individuals have their regular meds set up in bubble packs, similar to these. Each one of the packets includes five capsules designed to help with mobility and bone support.This particular health pack is geared toward the aging or older female. They have three key components that help with overall bone health. They add or work to help with the following:1. Mobility and Comfort2. Joint Health3. Bone HealthThe capsules are large and may not work well for the elderly. They can, however, be broken apart and added to a drink or smoothie. I do like this setup, but it is a bit pricey as we’re only looking at a 30-day supply.
