Tasty and beneficial
Gummy vitamins, I usually tend to stay away from because they are loaded with so many unnecessary ingredients for our bodies as well as they usually taste horrible and super artificial as well as loaded with sugars which again is very unnecessary. I decided to give these a try because they are methylated which is great because your body absorbs methylated nutrients better. To my surprise, these taste pretty good. Actually has a citrus taste and no artificial sweetener aftertaste because they use monk fruit.They are pleasant to chew and take daily.I haven’t noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing yet with adding these but it has been almost two weeks I believe or a little less than that.My husband thought i was eating candy and ate two of these, then got mad because I wouldn’t share..he did not think they were vitamins and stated they would become a daily staple in his mornings.If you look at the label on this supplement, it offers many other vitamins that are beneficial for men and women.

Excellent full coverage gummy vitamins
Excellent daily multivitamin loaded with the essentials and beyond. The gummy over a pill is what really won me over once I determined it provided me with the supplements I preferred. The yummy fruity flavor and the soft texture of the gummies taste nothing like a vitamin. More like a sweet treat. I take a lot of supplements from this manufacturer because they provide clean supplements. They only put what’s needed and none of the fillers or odd chemicals or gels often seen in other vitamins. They are not any more expensive than other clean high quality supplements. Their recipes do tend to provide higher concentrations so be mindful not to over consume or “stack” the same supplements. This recipe is very complete in what I need and I was able to do away with many of my single ingredient vitamins for this balanced multivitamin. I did not experience any side effects or stomach issues with this product which is another reason why I can highly recommend this product.

Great long list of clean ingredients and cofactors
These taste delicious with a fun gummy texture that don’t stick to the teeth. I love the long list of clean ingredients including methylated versions along with a lot of cofactors (it’s common that D3 is in a multivitamin, for example, but they rarely have the needed cofactor of K2, but this one does!). The packaging is solid — it’s clearly labeled, has an outer ring band around the lid, and a tamper-proof inner seal as well. The gummies slightly stick to one another, but it’s not like some gummy supplements where the entire mass is partially melted together. These ones are very easy to separate, chew, and go down as easy as candy.While I’ve not noticed any side effects, it’s challenging to give these a perfect 5 stars because it’s hard to know how well my body is absorbing them. I love the ingredients and in theory, it should be doing good for my body to supplement these ingredients since our diets can be lacking, especially given over-used farm lands with depleted soils, so supplementation is a must. I hope my body is liking this. I’ll see if I feel any different after the first bottle.

Nice 32 in 1 multi vitamin that includes vital nutrients for brain, nerve and bone health. I love they are in methylated form due to my body not converting nutrients well. I like they have synergistic nutrients like Alpa Lipoic Acid, bacopa and lions mane which are great for the brain and nerves. I like it included K2 with the D3 for bones. The various methylated B vitamins are great for energy. I sppreciated these weird not full of fillers, sugars or artificial sweetener chemicals. This enhanced the flavorThey did not leave an after taste nor upset my tummy. The texture of the gummies was pleasant and not too sticky.Thus made them easy to chew and swallow. I do feel more energized, alert and ready to take on the day when I take these. The value is good based on type and quality if ingredients.

I’ve loved having these supplements for the last few months. They are super tasty and feel more like candy to eat than anything – and the sweetness comes from a natural source in Monk fruit extract, which we love.While it’s hard to speak clearly to the effectiveness of a supplement like this, I have noticed at the very least that it does have the magnesium, due to the slight tiring effect that it can have. I’ve noticed that after about 30 minutes of taking the supplement I can feel slightly drowsy, which lines up with the same effect that I feel when I take our Magnesium Glycinate in other forms.The supplement fact list is quite expansive, so this does offer a lot of “supplement” and nutrition value for what it is. It’s worth noting that it has a lot of Vitamin B12 (over 20000% DV) and likewise has high amounts of Vitamin D3, Biotin, and Vitamin B6. So this supplement can replace supplementation of those other vitamins if you’d like to consolidate down to just taking this – which really speaks to the value of this supplement.It’s super easy to take, since it’s so enjoyable! It’s fun to suck on or just chew, and I’ve been pleased with the effectiveness of the product.

Great Taste with No Artificial Sweeteners
When I saw this had Omega-3 from fish oil, the alarm bells went off. I’m a very picky eater and if something tastes bad, no matter how good it is for you, I won’t eat it. Because of that I almost didn’t order them. That would have been a big mistake because these gummies are delicious. They have a pleasant citrus-peach flavor that’s slightly tart rather than overly sweet. To me, there’s not even a hint of fish oil.The taste is a bit stronger than what I’ve had with other gummy vitamins but not overpowering and I don’t notice any funny aftertaste.The gummies themselves are average-sized, soft and chewy.The labeling is straightforward, and the expiration date is far enough out that it shouldn’t be an issue. I would have liked to see some information about third-party testing or a certificate of analysis.I also appreciate that the label states there are no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.
