Methylated B vitamins are MIRACULOUS for those with MTHFR genetic mutation
These methylated vitamins have changed my life. Because I’m heterozygous for the MTHFR gene which affects B vitamin absorption, so this stuff has been a godsend for my energy level, alertness, feelings of wellbeing. Doesn’t taste bad at all. It’s held under the tongue for as long as you can stand it. Quality product based on my experience of the benefits of it ~ this version gives me the same benefits that my others have.

Great, activated, blend!
These vitamin supplements are a great blend! These are exactly what I look for in a blend. The vitamin B’s are the active form I need and I’m especially impressed by that since so many vitamin supplements use a non-methylated form. These also have TMG which is great for lowering homocysteine. I would consider these more concentrated than I would need but since they are in liquid form, I can regulate the dose rather easily for the level of effectiveness I need. These have a nice flavor and are palatable. I always check the origin of the company and these are not from an origin that I’ve had problems with in the past.

Confusing instructions!
I would’ve given five stars, Except that instructions are very confusing. The recommended dose is two drops a day. Then it goes on to say there’s 30 servings in a bottle. It’s a 2 ounce bottle I’m sure the two drops a day in a 2 ounce bottle is gonna last you more than 30 days! I checked with my AI, my AI said yes to drop today would probably be sufficient if it’s highly concentrated. So that makes it even more confusing.

The label and instructions on the box are super small and I had to zoom in with my phone and take a picture with the flash light on it in order to be able to seeIt does require refrigeration after you open it and comes in a glass bottle with an eye dropper. The glass eye dropper has the markings so you can see how many milliliters are in it.I tried it without putting it into water or juice to see how it tastes and I’m not a fan of the taste.

Not sure what’s going on but it seems more supplements and vitamins have labels that are getting smaller and smaller, so get your magnifying glasses out! Good ingredients and I’m happy to have gotten this.It does require refrigeration after you open it. Comes in a glass bottle w/ an eye dropper w/markings so you can see the dosage. I tasted it straight from the bottle and it’s neutral to me. Doesn’t taste bad. Tastes on the better side of that. :)As with most supplements, I’ve found I don’t notice a difference, but it’s a matter of getting it into my system and hoping that it fills in any gaps. Consult your doc if you really want to check how it helps and if it’s helping your system. Tests are good. This should last a while, so the price is probably good. Easy to use.
