It tastes great. I think it’s too pricey that’s why it only got four stars. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have nutritional malnutrition. Which means my body cannot absorb vitamins and minerals. I need methylated vitamins. I believe these work well but they’re pricey and I don’t know how I’m going to be able to afford them being on disability

This methylated b complex tastes nice and works well. Because it’s drops, you can adjust your dose. When this was out of stock, I tried another that looked the same but lemon flavor and blue in color. This one is so much better. It doesn’t look like it’s full of food coloring.

Delicious and effective energy boost
My son and I take this every day and it helps our energy levels. We don’t absorb other forms of B vitamins and noticed improvemenr within a week of switching to methylated B vitamins. The smell, taste, and texture are very good! No side effects either.

Not sure this company is legit
It is impossible to find any information on the company in order to reach them to let them know about a problem with their product. The droppers (I have subscriptions to two items from this company), are defective and they cause the dropper lid to adhere to the threads on the bottle. I have had to get a rubber bottle opener in order to save my fingers trying to open the bottles. Yes, I’ve cleaned the thread after every use, and the bottles are stored upright, but they still end up with leakage. The e-mail address given on the bottles/packaging is not a working e-mail address. Looking up the company, there is NO contact information. I do not trust any company that I cannot reach by phone or e-mail, and will be cancelling my subscriptions because of this. I am not entirely sure they are legit.
