Love these!
I am not taking these for prenatal care, but rather I think these are good for any age. I love the prepackaged types as they are so good for travel! Also good to just stick in my work bag for when I forget to take them in the AM, which is often. No issues with these (other than a bit of a higher price point). Recommended!

This supplement comes nicely packaged in a box with 30 packets. The great feature with this supplement is all the vitamins, minerals & phytonutrients that you need from preconception through nursing is provided in a once-a-day packet. One box provides a 30-day serving. Expiration is on the box and mine has a date of 04/26. Easy to take and so convenient to have everything in one pack that you can take with you.

Trustworthy company but lots of pills
Many prenatals come as just one pill to swallow, and here we have seven pills a day. This might be a deterrent to some people, especially those with nausea. However, you get the most complete and comprehensive support using these pills as they contain everything a pregnant woman needs for pre and post pregnancy.

Very strong smell
I don’t take these for prenatal reasons but rather needed the omegas and a sound multivitamin. These are…pungent. To say the least. I can only take them every 2-3 days because the smell alone gives my body a visceral reaction. They do make me very nauseas. I can’t imagine a pregnant woman being able to stomach these. Also-after seeing there is no magnesium or calcium in these to speak of I will not be buying again.

I can’t take these new pills. I need the other ones they made. Not only do these smell bad, they make me very very very sick during first trimester. I had to set them aside and now trying to find a different brand. So disappointing.

I love these little packets of multivitamin goodness! They are high quality and contain the methyl versions of B12 and folic acid, which is exactly what I want—it also contains 30 mg of iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, which is also my preference as it’s gentler on my stomach.I don’t need this for prenatal reasons, but for me, it has the key vitamins and minerals I look for in a multivitamin, along with EPA and DHA. The packets are convenient and practical to have on hand and keep in a bag or purse for when you’re on the go; they’re also perfect for traveling.
