    Helps with the winter blues

    I have taken these for years. I have tried other brands, but I always go back to this one. I take 2000 in the winter and 1000 in the summer. I originally started taking it for the winter blues, and now other members of my family take it in the winter, In addition, I have fibromyalgia, so I need to maintain my Vitamin D levels. However, I find that if I take too much, it can cause me to feel extra anxious or stressed. In addition, I have to take it first thing in the morning or I have trouble sleeping.
