    Great product, but way super expensive to sustain

    These work awesomely, but they are super expensive – especially if you take 400mg a day, or 800mg a day, you’re talking 2-4 tablets a day, and there are only 30 in the box. Super expensive so 4 stars. I found a much cheaper brand (~$35 for 60) and then take them with a b-complex – works as well as these.

    So helpful for mood & sleep. Noticeable decrease in joint pain, as well. I have tried less extensive brands but not as effective as Metagenics. My happy pill.
