    WONDERFUL!

    My entire family loves this (including my dog)! I use it very sparingly on our tiny Yorkie who has dry skin under her chin. Chk w/ your Vet before administering on your furbaby though, bc this is meant for human consumption.

    Lethargy even at small dose

    Made me feel lethargic/sleepy, and I did not even take a full-size dose. I got this because vitamin E is recommended for women going through peri-menopause and for hormone balance in general. Turns out the better solution was taking wheat germ oil, which is naturally very high in vitamin E. If you’re a woman searching for a healthy way to get more vitamin E, I strongly suggest that instead. It also helps with stress and sleep. There’s a good organic capsule form of it made by Standard Process.
