Good For Your Sleep!
I have issues with my sleep, and my Dr. told me about Magnesium helping with that. Sometimes I have insomnia, and can’t sleep. So I gave this a try! These are tasty, and sweet.

Flavor is good, nutrients are good, but WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THERE 4g OF SUGAR IN THIS? Totally unnecessary in a health product. The chews are covered in granuals of sugar. I’m taking Magnesium, I’m clearly an old man. Why would I waste 14% of my daily recommended sugar intake before bed when I’ve already consumed 200% of what I should have?

Real concord grape taste
These are dangerously delicious! A real grape taste, not the artificial grape most grape flavored things give. I don’t get any blueberry taste, but maybe its the grape/blueberry mix that makes them taste like fresh concord? Idk but our family loves them and we need to be reminded that they’re supplements not candy! Lol

Poor product
Wanted to try a gummy rather than the capsules I was taking. These had a pretty good rating. I found the taste very tart, especially if you take the 2 at once. Within 24 hours my leg cramps were back and restless legs at bedtime increased dramatically. Cannot return since they’re open. Deeply disappointed.
