Been taking for roughly a month and these hold up very well to my normal brand at a way better cost. No taste and easy to take, these are a lot smaller than your average capsules. I have been taking them before bed time to relax and assist with muscle recovery. I would recommend these and will purchase again.

Great Magnesium Glycinate Supplement!
I started taking magnesium several years ago because of a very stressful situation that was causing me to have heart palpitations and I read the magnesium was helpful for it, and it was! I hadn’t realized there were many different types of magnesium but after researching I discovered magnesium glycinate is great for stress, sleep, cramps and many other things, so I’ve been taking it more regularly. These Restworthy Magnesium Glycinate capsules have been great! I can’t say they help me sleep, I usually fall asleep fairly quickly but staying asleep is still a problem. I do think they help me stay more calm than usual. They don’t bother my stomach at all and are easy to take, with no after taste. I like that there aren’t any unnecessary ingredients and that they are made in the USA! They were around $25 when I got them but the price has since dropped, so for a 2 month supply, I’d say they are a fair price!

This product deserves five stars in my opinion.First of it ticks off all the right boxes:US Made – Non GMO – Certified by third party. One should almost expect this, but it is far from always the case with supplements.Second, this is Magnesium Glycinate and not citrate. While I have never really been bothered by taking Magnesium Citrate, I know some people have a hard time taking these. Besides, glycinate is working better for me for sleep. So I prefer glycinate.Third, this is a very easy pill to swallow. It is encased in a vegetable capsule and is not big as a horse pill, as opposed to some other brands.The serving size is specified as one capsule. But elsewhere it says the recommended dose is 1 to 4 capsules per day, with one capsule covering appx. 29% of daily need. I take two at night. And that seems to work well for me. So by taking two per day, the daily costs works out to appx. 65 cents. That is fair I think and decent value for the money, especially considering what you get.So I can definitely recommend this.
