   A Great Product That Made A Great Different In Such A Short Time

   I’ve always had a problem with an unregulated cycle and once I started taking these after two weeks my cycle came and went in a shorter time frame and the next month it came almost the same day and that never happens. They are easy to swallow and not too big and from my results, is a quality product. I also have endometriosis and my cycles I noticed was not as severe where I had to run to my naproxen which is one of the best benefits I received when it comes to pain relief. Definitely worth giving a try to see if it helps you. Only a woman that goes through it can relate.

   Ordered this supplement as I’ve recently entered menopause and noticed multiple changes in my body. Most of these changes have been somewhat negative and challenging to address. Ordered this product specifically to help with skin challenges as well as support my hormonal health. Item arrive securely packaged, and timely. Serving size is two capsules, which is nice and I can easily incorporate that into my daily supplement routine. I experience no negative side effects when ingesting these and they’re pretty easy on the tummy. The price point is very reasonable, and my opinion, for the quality product that you are receiving.    Not entirely sure if it’s making a difference. The bottle lasts about a month (30 days) since the recommended dose is 2 capsules a day.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate.    I started taking Myo & D-Chiro inositol supplements 3 months ago, and so far I’ve tried 3 different brands with 1 month of supplementation each. It is recommended to take these for about 6 months to see effects on fertility, so this is my 4th month course.This supplement provides 1000 mg of Myo-Inositol and 25 mg of D-Chiro Inositol (Caronositol®) per serving. The ratio is 40:1, which matches the natural balance in the blood and is the same ratio I’ve seen in similar supplements. Myo-Inositol supports insulin signaling and ovarian function, while D-Chiro Inositol is meant to enhance insulin sensitivity. Caronositol® is a standardized, branded form of D-Chiro Inositol, ensuring each dose is pure and consistent with research-backed amounts.What I find concerning is that the dosage is only half of what I’ve previously taken, and half of what I’ve seen in most other supplements. Clinical research usually uses 2000 to 4000 mg of Myo-Inositol daily, so this product provides only half of the lower end of that range. The label also warns not to exceed the recommended dose, which is confusing given how low the concentration is. If I took my usual dose of 2000mg/50mg, the bottle would last only 15 days.I take the recommended 2 capsules in the morning, 20-30 minutes before breakfast, with plenty of water. The capsules are medium-sized and easy to swallow. While the capsules have no noticeable taste, there is a distinct “manufactured” smell inside the bottle. On a positive note, I haven’t experienced any side effects like nausea or digestive issues.Another concern is that while the listing claims it was manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and batch-tested, there are no signs or logos of this on the actual bottle. The price seems quite high considering the low dosage.

(I do think it’s important to note that because it can affect hormones and other things, that this is not intended for everyone, and it’s important to do your research or consult a doctor before starting this supplement).Overall, this brand has a good reputation, and the ingredients are pretty straightforward. The safety seal was intact, so I feel good about it not being tampered with. The price is good and in line with similar products. I would say that this has helped with mood stabilization, energy levels, and with some weight loss (alongside healthier eating and exercise). The side effects have mostly been slight headaches and some nausea. It helps to take it with food to avoid stomach upset, and I think the headaches start to subside after some time. I struggle with headaches regardless, so it’s difficult to know what to attribute them to, but this can definitely increase headaches for a bit.
