Zayn who? One Direction puts out best and most mature album yet.
I can’t even begin to express how much I love this album. Last year when the announcement was made that Zayn was departing the band and that the boys would be putting out a new album without him, I was hesitant to believe that they could still continue to be strong and hold up to their name without such a vital piece of the puzzle. But boy, was I wrong.I’ve been a “Directioner” for a while now, since I was still in high school. Now as a 21 year old, I feel that I have grown & matured with the boys. This album gives me all the feels of where I’m at in my life right now. Songs like “If I could fly” and “I wanna write you a song” remind me of the love I’m experiencing right now, while “A.M.” Reminds me of my friends and family and memories I share with them since I’ve just moved across country. This album is just so wonderful to listen to. I’ve had it on repeat since I got it, even listening to it as I sleep.This album is so good that it’s bittersweet, though. As most of us know, the boys will be taking an indefinite break this coming March. This means that we will not be getting a tour for this album, which is a total bummer because I can’t wait to hear these songs live. This album gives me a lingering feeling that this could mean goodbye to my favorite boy band, though they promise that they’re coming back. I sure do hope they hold true to that promise. But for now, I say Thank You for this wonderful album that gives us all the feels.

My niece loves it! I’ll be honest, I have never listened to this band on purpose. I’m sure they are fine, but just not my normal listening preference. When my niece plays it sometimes I do find myself nodding alongI understand that the 1-5 star rating is to help both buyers and sellers. Here is a breakdown of how my 1-5 ratings are determined:5-star rating that means that I truly love that product and it has features that put it above and beyond what would normally be expected, and it is something that “wowed” me and I am truly glad I purchased it and would purchase it again. Also I recommend it to everyone and anyone!4-star ratings are items that do exactly as would be expected of the item, is of very good quality, but does not stand out significantly in any way unless I specifically state why it stands out. But all in all, this item is a solid item and is still highly recommended. It just didn’t have the wow factor that my 5 star ratings would have had.3-star ratings are given on items because my feeling about the product is neutral. I do not consider it a negative, but it just did not wow me, or there is nothing of great significance.1 or 2-star ratings are rarely given unless the item is completely worthless and not worth the money, and I am only giving that rating as a warning to others. Some items have received lower ratings because of the way they were made or put together, and it is getting that review because of the quality of the item, which is specifically described in my review. It has to be pretty bad to get these ratings from me!

New 1D Fan.
I am a woman in my mid twenties, and had never given one direction a thought because I am past my boy band days (nsync, backstreet boys). At least I thought I was past it. I have recently become a fan of 1D as of may 2016, unfortunately I wasn’t a fan when it was the original 5 members… anyways, boy bands were and are popular for a reason they sing what women want to hear and if that makes me a sell out to the general public, then I’m a sell out. Because I like listening to music that makes me happy regardless of what people think that says about me. Have your own opinions and enjoy what you like. Life is too short to worry about what others will think of you for doing or liking something that they see as uncool or too young. That said, great CD. Drag me down is my favorite. Give it a go.

My favorite One Direction album
I bought all the One Direction albums, but this by far is the best one to my tastes. The more I listen to it, the more I get into the songs. They were really starting to develop a mature, interesting sound on their own with this final album. Louis Tomlinson’s voice was finally given more of a chance to shine with these songs, and it is actually really nice. But this has a very strong collection of songs, many of which were actually written by the 1D members, and are quite good. I love the video for “Drag Me Down”, but these are the songs I like: “Angel”, “End of the Day”, “Long Way Down” and “Olivia”.But the best songs on this album for me are these three: “If I Could Fly” (partially composed by Harry Styles) is just beautiful. I also really love the elegant yet romantic simplicity of “I Want to Write You a Song”. The other, probably my absolute favorite, is “Never Enough” by Niall Horan, which is jazzy and really sexy. It’s a great dance and mood song, and the lyrics are really nice.
