This formula covers all 3 bases at one time, however it could come at a serious cost (see important note below). Nowhere on the jar does it give any clue as to what to take it with, but on the product page they do mention that it is a drink mix that can also be added to hot drinks. I mix it in with my smoothie and don’t notice any difference. Since it is unflavored, presumably you could add it to anything and not notice.Pros:1. It’s convenient. You get a Pre/Pro/Post biotic all in one formula.2. The probiotic gives you 25 billion CFU. Not the highest amount you can find on the market, but probably enough if your gut is already in reasonably good shape.Cons:1. Pretty pricey for what you get.2. It may not be a good choice for certain people (see below).**Important note: There are some studies out there that found that one of the main probiotic bacteria of this formula (Bacillus subtillis) could potentially cause serious issues in people with compromised immune systems. This seemed to be a very small amount for the money. It’s tough to tell if it even works but the container had very little in it. I was disappointed in this. It may have nutritional value, hard to say?
