I think the overall idea behind this supplement is good, however the labeling leaves much to be desired. NMN is a very beneficial supplement, but there is no mention of 3rd party testing, and there is not even any contact information for the company or brand, so that seems a little suspicious. Also, I deducted a star because the dosing instructions are pretty vague. It says to take two pills once or twice a day (which is abnormal) or to take them based on what your doctor says. I am confident that there is a specific amount of this supplement that one should be taking, so providing vague directions does not seem very responsible. I have been taking this supplement daily for a couple weeks now and have not felt any difference, but that is not that surprising with add on supplements like this. Overall, because of the limited merits and vague information, I probably would not recommend this particular brand.

I wouldn’t say this product is a genie in the bottle but I do feel better when I take it. I only take 2 capsules once a day and could be either in the morning or at night. They are easy to swallow without any after taste and it doesn’t bother my stomach at all. I feel like its helping me with the stiffness I experience when I get up to walk around and if I take it at night I feel pretty good in the morning. I have not had any adverse side effects. Its a great price for 2 months worth of product.

I have used this supplement for a few weeks now. I definitely feel a good boost in my daily energy levels. My focus at work is better. Recovery after workouts feels faster too.The ingredients look very strong. The mix of NMNH, Resveratrol, and Nicotinamide Riboside is great. I like that it is vegan and non-GMO.The only small issue is the size of the pills. They are a bit hard to swallow. You need a large sip of water. Overall, it is a solid product. I would buy it again.
