I’ve been using this biotin supplement for about a week now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its effectiveness. It’s a chewy supplement, which makes it easy and enjoyable to take, and I’ve already started to notice positive changes in my hair and nails – it truly works within a week, which is fantastic!However, there’s one significant drawback for me: the taste and texture are almost identical to a piece of candy. While some might enjoy this, I find it a bit too sweet, and the fact that it contains sugar makes me hesitant. It would be a much better product if it were a mildly sweet gummy supplement instead of tasting like plain candy. Additionally, the color looks quite unnatural, which is a minor aesthetic point but still worth mentioning.Overall, it’s a highly effective biotin supplement that delivers on its promises quickly. If you don’t mind the candy-like sweetness and the artificial color, it’s a solid choice. For me, I’d prefer a more health-conscious and less sugary formulation in the future.
