I’m pretty pleased with these fiber gummies. They have a pleasant fruit-like taste. It’s not one of those “yum” tastes, but it’s certainly more than pleasant enough. The texture is firm but not difficult to chew. They have not stuck to my teeth to any objectionably extent. All in all, good marks for both taste and texture.The fiber content is pretty good, with each 2 gummy serving providing 5g of soluble fiber. There is no added sugar, which is a big plus. The price is reasonable for a 90 count bottle.It is made in Israel and packaged in the US. The bottle I received in March 2022 has a best by date of January 2023, which is a reasonable shelf life for a gummy.No complaints. It’s a pleasant way to add fiber to your diet without breaking the bank in terms of cost. Five stars.

Every little bit of fiber helps!
I am constantly trying to increase my fiber intake, and I figure these won’t hurt to try and add to my routine. There is about 18% dietary fiber in two of these gummies, which isn’t that high, but given their size it is very convenient to pop them in your mouth. Just don’t eat more than recommended! The only textural thing that I notice is that in this ad/order page they look more like fruit gel candy, but in reality they look and feel more like gumdrop type candy . They are easy to chew, and don’t have the rubberiness of most gummy candies. They are not too overly sweet tasting. I am just crossing my fingers that these, and the other fiber products I am taking, over time, help do the trick!

Package arrived and the Bottle was open and safety seal was lodged in the top! Waste of money and no refund available. Guess it’s going in the trash since it seemed to be tampered with before it made it to me. Not taking a chance!

Didn’t work for me
I see nothing particularly wrong with these. They taste fine. But my digestive system couldn’t adjust to them, even when I tried going down to one gummy a day instead of the recommended two. I’ve been having trouble with a lot of non-organic foods lately, so maybe I should have expected that.
