After decades of taking different multi-vitamins I consider this one the best
I used to take a multi-vitamin that had megadoses of everything (many multivitamins do) and I prefer this because it’s plant based (much safer) and you don’t get more than you need. I like extra Vitamin C so I also take a Vitamin C pill but this multivitamin is a great method of getting all the required nutrients without dosing with far more than you need. Also (in my opinion) the plant sourced nutrients tend to be easier on your system.

High-quality multivitamin with thoughtful formulation
This is a well-formulated multivitamin that focuses on bioavailable forms and whole-food–based nutrients rather than fillers. I appreciate that it’s designed for daily long-term use and doesn’t rely on excessive megadoses. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset. It feels like a “serious” multivitamin aimed at people who pay attention to ingredient quality. We only take one capsule a day instead of the recommended dosage, mainly because we prefer to get our nutrients from food and only use a multivitamin when we’ve eaten out or if we’re doing OMAD.A solid choice if you want a comprehensive, reputable multivitamin from a trusted brand.

Great product.
Good multi. Whole food sources and not megadosed. The typical multis with megadoses are not safe. No need for it either. Multi is only there to prevent serious deficiencies. This one is basically perfect.
