Seems to help with digestion
I have no medical confirmation, but it seems over the last few years, my digestion has slowed. We are retired so we have our main meal at lunch time. I was burping and tasting what I had eaten 8 hours before even at bedtime. Since taking this TUDCA, my digestion seems better. I also tried ANOTHER brand that was cheaper, and ended up throwing away two bottles because about an hour after taking it, I would get an itchy feeling. I will continue to take Leviathan Tudca.

It was almost too strong, but it is a different way of getting things moving after some large meals that is different than taking more fiber. From what I understand, this type of product helps the liver & I only use it once in a while versus daily.
