Taste and work great!
I’ve been taking these for about two and a half weeks and already notice a difference. My nails feel stronger and my hair feels a bit fuller and smoother. I can’t speak on skin results since I follow my own skincare routine, but I’m really happy so far.They taste great, not too sticky on your teeth and while some of the vitamins may stick together, (as it does with many similar products) they’re very easy to separate and it doesn’t affect the quality at all. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

These gummies have certainly been beneficial in reducing hair loss, which I’ve experienced during the postpartum phase, along with hair thinning and very weak, brittle nails that would often break and sometimes bleed even when slightly grown.They have truly revitalized my nails and hair. They have an appealing aroma, and while their very chewy texture can sometimes make eating them a bit tiring due to the amount of chewing required, they are otherwise wonderful.The only recurring issue, as others have noted, is that they tend to stick together. They often form a large clump at the bottom of the container, necessitating vigorous shaking and the use of a chopstick to separate them. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone seeking healthier nails and hair. The added benefit of glowing skin is a delightful bonus!

Hair growth will happen ! Alone with pimples
Im kind of in between with these Gummies ! They really did help with my hair growing back a lot when no other product did . Nails not so much I didn’t care about that BUT this acne is a absolutely NO for Me I never had these many pimples in my face ever and when they bust it’s leaving scars on my face . I only used one bottle I dont think I will be ordering another.

These gummies are amazing. About a month after I started taking them, I noticed my hair and nails were growing a lot faster than usual. I was also able to grow my nails out a bit for the first time ever because they weren’t brittle and didn’t break. The gummies’ peach flavor is tasty, too. Highly recommend.
