Great for hormonal acne
I’ve tried a few different hormone support supplements over the years, but Lemme Balance Capsules have been my favorite so far. I’m on week 8 and let me tell you: I had the lowest expectations for this product. Beyond low actually. Partyl because I have tried everything and partly because I rarely believe in supps. My cystic acne had gotten so bad that I felt like I had already tried everything…prescription creams, meds from my dermatologist, $$$ skincare, changing my diet…you name it.For context, I’m 29 and quite generally healthy (not on birth control or any hormonal anything). I do take a multivitamin and have for the last 8 years.The difference has been pretty shocking.The biggest change has been my skin. Before taking Balance, I’d wake up most mornings with multiple new…really painful breakouts. It felt like no matter what I did there was no stopping it.Wihin the first week, I noticed I wasn’t waking up to new pimples anymore. My skin also looked noticeably calmer (less red, less irritated, and the inflammation had gone down so much). I was honestly getting to the point of considering another round of Accutane before trying this, so seeing these results has been huge for both my confidence and my wallet.Something else I wasn’t expecting was how much less bloated I felt. During the first week I noticed my waist tighter (thank gosh) and just felt less puffy overall. My face looked more natural.. especially around my jawline. Also my family has notorious eyelid puffiness that I always seemed to wake up with. I just looked more like myself.I know supplements don’t work the same way for everyone BUT this has genuinely been one of the few products that has made a noticeable difference for me. I’ve tried a 10+ hormone supps over the years AND this is the first one I’ve been consistent with. I liked that the formula includes Myo- and D-Chiro Inositol in the researched 40:1 ratio + includes spearmint, vitamin D, folate, and chromium. All of this was in my list from my dr team.It’s obviously not an overnight product (anything that advertises as such is a problem) but after several weeks of daily use I started feeling like things were becoming more predictable and I generally felt much more in sync with my body. Also came highly rec’d from my OBGYN.

Miracle for hormonal acne
I have been using this supplement for a month and can already feel a real difference in my energy levels, mood and my complexion. I take 3 capsules every day with a meal. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I am a big fan of this brand and appreciate the clean ingredients. The 40:1 inositol ratio is great and what my practitioner recommends. Also like that it has spearmint for my skin (I am seeing a huge difference) and folate. I highly recommend this to other women looking for extra support with hormone management like me.
