I don’t want to give this a bad review because supplements work differently for different people. I researched before ordering and saw that L-Lysine can be a powerful supplement and very helpful but when I took it I didn’t notice any difference. I take an involved supplement stack daily and that may be why I didn’t notice effects from this specifically. This is a quality product and it was presented at a reasonable price. The amount of servings are good for the cost. If your research tells you that L-lysine is something you should be using (also, it’s prudent to check with your healthcare professional too) then this seems like a quality product to try and I wouldn’t talk anyone out of it, it just didn’t do much for me.

Clean Ingredients!

I like the very clean ingredients in this supplement! It uses vegetable glycerin to give it a very subtle sweetness. It is very thick. It’s easy to use. After putting the recommended dosage of four full droppers in one cup of water, the result looks like prune juice. This supplement mixes very easily into water. It doesn’t even taste bad on its own. It smells like molasses. It tastes like…very, very watered down prune juice. It’s an easy way to add important nutrients to my diet.I haven’t noticed a definable difference in my health which I could attribute specifically to this supplement. However, it has many ingredients which are recognized in promoting overall well-being and are a positive addition to a daily health routine.I plan to add an update if anything significantly changes for this item. Until then, it’s safe to assume everything is still consistent with this review.
