These are good, I have a hard time eating over 2,000 calories so these aren’t as affective towards me as would someone who does eat more than 2,000 cals. Although, I do notice the difference. Taking this while also controlling my food noise (, I’m not relying on a gummy to fix my food noise) have made me feel fuller when I eat.When I eat I control my portions and also my food noise so these tie really well into that by topping it off with having me feel saturated when I’m done eating!Don’t buy these to get rid of your food noise or size of your portions, because a gummy alone can’t do that. You’ll have to take the wheel yourself, these are just a helping hand. 🙂

KETO APPLE CIDER VINEGAR GUMMIES
I got these a few days ago. I love the benefits of apple cider vinegar but it’s always too potent for me. Gummie form is the way to go. These are very mild. There is a hint of the vinegar but not overpowering and they aren’t overly sweet. Soft and they don’t stick to your teeth. On par with fresh fruit snacks. I also like that 2 gummies are a serving. I bought magnesium gummies last month and you have to take 3 for a serving!Taken for 3 days now and I think they’ve helped with acid reflux reduction! Worth a try for sure.
