Works Well and Does Not Clump
I play guitar and also suffered a bad hand injury years ago. The injured joint did not heal right and would hurt if I play guitar regularly. To make things worse, if I don’t play guitar and generally leave that joint alone, it would also start to hurt in a different, throbbing way a few days down the road. It would just hurt either way.Collagen peptide is the one thing that helps with my old injury. When I take collagen peptide daily, I can play guitar normally and be fine. It just does something or gives my body something it needs for that joint to function normally.I tried this particular collagen peptide in place of my regular collagen peptide supplement for about week. During the week, my hand functioned perfectly fine, and based on this, I can conclude that Kate Natural’s collagen peptide is just as good in terms of performance compared to similar products on the market. I can recommend it based on this alone. The one thing different with Kate Natural’s collagen peptide is that the powder is very, very fine. It dissolves in water without ever clumping, unlike my other collagen supplement, which readily clumps when I empty the scoop in water and requires for me to constantly stir the water to minimize the clumping. My other collagen peptide supplement also have a brothy and savory taste that is mild and almost pleasant. Kate Natural’s collagen peptide have a noticeably stronger, meaty flavor, even though both supplements are labeled as bovine. Does it mean this collagen peptide supplement is somehow purer or more concentrated? Or maybe it just come from a different part of the cow than the competing brand’s. This is not necessarily a good or bad thing, just figured I’d mention it here since it’s something I noticed.

Kate Naturals Collagen – High End Collagen from a reputable storefront, I liked the hint of “creamy”
I have tried alot of supplements through Amazon. Some I toss immedatiatley because there is no way to trace who the manufacturer actually is. I’m not going to eat something that the manufacturer will not claim responsibility for. Then there are most of the others – they have enough information that I take the supplement, but I would still prefer more transparency. Then there are a few supplement rock stars. THIS is one of those. The manufacturer has checked all the boxes for transparency. Yes, there is a real “Kate Naturals” website, with a story, and – wonder of wonders – a “contact us” link. This means so much to me – it means they are a real company treating us like real customers. For that reason, I have no hesitancy in trying this, I have confidence in what they claim, and I have trust in the quality of the product. This is indeed a very high quality collegen, made with high end ingredients. You can read those for yourself in a photo on the promotional page, because again – they are not hiding anything. As has been mentioned, with just a 4oz bag, and a serving size of 3 tablespoons, there are only 5 servings in this. Having done one full size serving for testing, I am going to make this stretch by cutting the serving size in half – it will still be plenty of protein and collagen (9 grams and 10 grams compared to 18 grams and 20 grams full serving size). Now about that “hint of creamy”. I have used other powdered collegen supplements and they mix into my coffee and dissappear. They add no flavor and that is fine. No complaints. But this one actually gave my coffee a hint of creamy foam on top that I really liked – it wasn’t sweet, I couldn’t really taste it, hard to describe. Just a tiny bit thicker and creamier in my first two sips.I highly recommend this product, while realizing the price point is a bit limiting.

Finally, a Collagen Powder That Actually Works Without the Weird Taste
I decided to try Kate Naturals Collagen Peptides Powder because I’ve struggled to find a collagen supplement that doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste or clump up in my drinks. I’m so pleasantly surprised by this product! The powder is incredibly fine and dissolves almost instantly in everything I mix it with—coffee, juice, water, and even protein shakes—without altering the flavor at all. It’s unflavored and truly neutral, which is a huge plus since I don’t have to worry about it ruining my morning coffee or other beverages. The minimal clumping is also impressive compared to other collagen powders I’ve tried, which often leave annoying lumps that take a lot of stirring to break up.I appreciate that it’s made from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine collagen types 1 & 3, so I feel good about what I’m putting into my body. Since starting this collagen, I’ve noticed my skin feels smoother and my nails seem stronger, which is exactly what I was hoping for.Overall, Kate Naturals Collagen Peptides Powder exceeded my expectations and has become a staple in my daily routine. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a high-quality, easy-to-use collagen supplement without any fuss!

Noticeably better skin, hair, and nails
I’ve been adding collagen peptides to my routine for a few months now, and I can definitely see and feel the difference when I do take them. My skin feels more hydrated and smooth, and hair and nails also seem stronger. They have also been shown to support joint health. This powder mixes well into my daily protein shake. The unflavored powder does not seem to add any taste to my protein shake, which is huge. It dissolves easily into cold drinks as well as hot coffees. This makes it easy to take everyday, as I have had other collagen peptide powders that did not easily dissolve. The 4 oz pack only came with a few servings, but it is better to try out a small amount before committing to a full pound of collagen peptides. I would look into the different benefits of collagen peptides before starting a routine with it. Overall, I can recommend these collagen peptides as a great alternative to the more expensive powders found in stores.

I use 10g a dayI use 10g a day
There’s a lot of hype about collagen, and this is the first time I’ve gotten peptides for myself. I’m no stranger to them, I have some hydration packets and other drinks that also have collagen in them, and I’ve enjoyed them quite a bit. I’m not sure about the effects on hair, but I have noticed my nail growth is faster than normal. The good thing about this is I can adjust and add however much I want, instead of relying on an already prepared drink to get my serving size right. The powder is an off white, almost yellowish tint. This made me a little worried about it at first, but after some quick research, I found out that it is supposed to be off white, or light beige. There is 18g of protein in a serving, but it is not a complete protein so don’t think you can skimp out on normal protein sources and just drink this and it’ll be the same, it won’t.The bad thing about this is that I ignored the instructions at first and mixed it in cold drinks and it clumped up and became kind of slimy with a gross texture. I do not wish that upon anyone. It is best to mix with warm or room temperature liquid and add ice to it, or put it in the freezer for a bit if you want, that way they already dissolve and don’t change the texture of the drink. The other bad thing, well, maybe not bad but it is odd that the serving size is 20 grams. I do about half of that. I wouldn’t want to do 20 grams a day unless your doctor recommends it!Overall, it is a good product. There is no foul taste, it is easy to mix and there’s a big bag of it! I prefer it just with water but have also used it in some fresh lemonade.
