Not the same formulation
I don’t know if the formulation on these changed or this is just bad product. The ingredients list is the same as my last bottle and I have been using Gastrocare for years. These don’t taste the same and the texture is off – afraid to eat them.

Worked for me when nothing else did!
Nothing worked on my gassy stomach. My Naturepathic Physician gave me some of these to use. After just ONE chew tablet, the burning pain in my stomach stopped and it’s between two days now and I’ve not had any stomach issues at all. I’m a believer in this product. They taste good too. Not like candy…but they don’t taste like you’re eating chalk at all.

Different Texture – Prefer Older One
For years I have been using GastroCare for indigestion. About a month ago I bought two more bottles from my Nutritionist’s office. The new version is shaped more like a big Tums tablet – flat and round. and the texture is smoother. The older version was a little rounded on the flat sides and they had little tiny chunks of licorice. The old ones seemed to help my indigestion better/faster too.Yes, I AM disappointed in the new version, BUT this product is the only one I will trust; even if I need to take more of them. What I came to look for when I take these tablets is the little burp I have soon after I eat them. That lets me know it’s working. Also, I have NEVER been made sick by them – like one other reviewer stated.Karuna, Please Change the formula back!

Not the same
I’ve been taking Gastro Care for at least 3 years. The last bottle I got from my Naturopath smelled and tasted horrible, Naturopath said other clients have complained about it also. Hope they change it back it WAS a good product

Disappointed
I purchased this item from another retailer and it was great. The taste was fine and product worked. Unfortunately, the product I received from this company was disappointing. It was nothing like the previous GastroCare I had. This product seem rancid or spoil. It was not fresh. It seems like it got wet and the taste and texture was poor.
