    Tastes terrible. The attempt at a fruit flavor is way off. The fact that the bottle itself is the dropper makes it impossible to see how much you’re putting in your mouth. The only way to use it if you’re alone and don’t have someone to put it in your mouth for you is to put it in or on food or beverage. In that case I wonder if you would get the full dose since some of it may be left on the glass/spoon/cup or whatever you’re using. I returned this after trying it for a couple days.

    Best Vitamin D3 I’ve used other than sun exposure

    This is a very bioavailable form of Vitamin D3 and has worked wonders for me and my husband. The taste is not great as another reviewer mentioned but we didn’t buy it as a treat. Also if you want to see how many drops you are getting how about looking in a mirror? Works for me anyway. We take 3 to 4 drops under our tongues morning and night waiting 3 minutes before consuming anything else. Very simple application and great company.

    Great taste

    My doctor advised I should up my vitamin D and suggested this one as the liquid form is rapidly absorbed and Vitamin D in pill form is not. Easy and great tasting.

    Sent previous comment about dosage that did not go with this brand…But would not recommend.

    I would not recommend this Vit D product because they use a mammal ingredient. They use the word vegetarian but it is not vegan. If you have Alpha Gal avoid this brand of Vit D.
