Mayo clinic, WebMD any number of sources will tell you that seniors don’t get enough B12, this gives you in one very small tablet that dissolves quickly under your tongue one thousand micrograms of each of the two recommended types, methylcobalmin and adenosylcobalmim, with a minimum of inactive ingredients that basically just hold the thing together and let it taste good as it dissolves. If you’re careful and have good eyesight and a sharp knife you can cut them in half because really all you need is 500 micrograms of each to ensure you’re getting what you need, but I like the extra hit, one tablet under your tongue in the morning and you’re good to go.

At first I was a little bit surprised with the amount of product when I opened the container, along with the size of the supplement, but don’t let it fool you. I’ve tried other methylcobalamin supplements, but this one blew me away with the energy & instant kick that it provides. I usually let it dissolve under my tongue, leaves a great flavor. Will definitely be sticking with KAL!

MY LEATHER WATCHBAND WAS BEGINNING TO BE EITHER TOO TIGHT OR TOO LOOSE. IT ALSO SOMETIMES IRRITATED MY WRIST. THIS WATCHBAND SOLVED BOTH PROBLEMS. INSTEAD OF BEING FORCED TO USE PRE-DETERMINED WRIST SIZES THAT ARE COMFORTABLE, THIS BAND LET’S YOU ADJUST ITS SIZE TO THE EXACT FIT THAT FITS YOU BEST. AND, NOT A HINT OF IRRITATION. IT ALSO STRETCHES A BIT, SO THAT TINY CHANGES IN MY WRIST SIZE DON’T NECESSITATE A BAND ADJUSTMENT. WHEN AND IF I DO HAVE TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT, IT’S PRETTY EASY, BUT COULD BE EASIER. FIDDLING WITH THE CLASP TAKES A TIME OR TWO TO FIGURE IT OUT. THAT MAKES THE LESS THAN PERFECT SCORE. BUT WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN? YES. WOULD THE CLASP “ISSUE” MAKE IT A NO NO? NO. IT’S THE BEST WATCH BAND I’VE EVER HAD, AND I’VE HAD MANY OVER THE YEARS. GLAD I FOUND THIS ONE.
