thus far no side effects
i havent had surgery as yet – but looking forward i have been taking these since January 3/4 and thankfully no nasty taste, no upset stomach i take before eating, as i am a diabetic i wait at least an hour to take my prescribed med. i ordered recently the calcium from Journey as well, because i didn’t like the chalky taste. I believe the value was great 0 i got 2 for the price of once – there is biotin and probiotics in them. Swallowing was not a chore either! There is a slight smell when you open the bottle, but it’s a vitamin! I will see what the doctor says about its effectiveness it’s been when i go on 19th of February
