Jarrow makes 2 different PS100 products….be sure U know which 1 U need & R taking

I’m an over 60 female in average weight and average health. I’ve taken this same product, in the softgels and in capsule form. The softgels seemed to be great for my brain when I took it a year ago (I took it for 2 years), but approx a yr ago I change to Jarrow’s other PS100 formula that is in capsule form because I had read it’s base ingredients would work well for muscle strength rebound and that is something I need as I’ve gotten older. Last week I accidentally ordered the Jarrow PS 100 softgels made from soy free sunflowers instead of the the Jarrow PS 100 capsules that are soy based and made from soybeans. The difference for me is quite noticeable in my muscles rebounding from any pain from movement or even the smallest amount of physical exertion. So if you are taking Jarrow’s PS 100, I think either formula will work well for your brain(compare to see which works best for you, but I think the softgels may work just a tad bit better for the brain, but I’m not totally certain of that). If you are taking Jarrow’s PS 100 for pain in your muscles and for help with your muscles rebounding from pain or exertion, then I’d suggest you use the soybean base capsule formula. The difference is simple, the softgels are soy free and use PS from sunflowers and the capsules have soy in them and their PS is made from soybeans. PS does work to assist the brain, but not as well as some other things, like Huperzine A and Choline, for me. Jarrow’s PS100 soy based capsules does work really well to help keep away muscle pain and gives me good muscle strength rebound and I suspect that it may also help with digestive problems. Hope that helps someone understand that the same product can act differently depending upon what it’s base material is. So it’s important any time you take supplements to understand the differences, as they can be fairly dramatic.

Pretty remarkable, but limited

Had to discontinue the use of several products due to lowering my blood pressure side effect.Like, Passion Flower tea and a few supplements that nurture brain function. Discovered following my physical these same nutrients lower blood pressure.I’d always had a modest pressure, but not below 90/50.My physical did amazingly well. Except the doctor couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure was so mellow.Upon reading believe this partially contributed. I believe it’s a good short-term product. Helped me immensely as noted below.I’ve been working on other ways to help my PTSD. This worked fantastically. Just can’t take it long term.I still highly recommend this product. Worked incredibly well, then stopped working.

This had an immediate positive effect and that last lasted for 3 months. It saved me from lots of misery.Sadly, then, it stopped working and my sleep was bad again. Over the last year I have taken iteven when it was not working. I can’t really tell exactly the right dosage, or whysomething could “STOP” working one day after so many perfect months of sleep.I no longer take it, but will go back to it after several weeks of non-use. One year agothis review would have been 5 stars but I am not sure what to do with it now. When I mentionthe element Phosphatidylserine, neither the general physician nor the sleep “specialist” has heard of it.
