And because this is pricey at $60 a bottle…..just something to consider.I also like the carbohydrate count: 1 gram per two-softgel serving, meaning about 2 grams for the full recommended daily amount. Others, like the beta-sitosterol and lycopene, need the two daily servings to get to your daily recommendation. It’s a little frustrating that you’re going to get either too much or too little. You can compromise and take three soft-gels a day but it’s still not perfect. That plus the question mark on value makes this a 4/5 for me.Also note that it some ashwagandha, which is something some people are thoughtful about taking. Make sure you do your research.

That doesn’t mean this product didn’t deliver, but if I was focused on that alone I’d go with the other. In terms of prostate defense and men’s wellness, it compliments a multi-vitamin regimen for aging men but is not lifechanging. Overall, 4/5 stars for a mid-range supplement blend.
