This bottle arrived with both an outer safety seal affixing the lid to the bottle, and a safety seal under the cap. The bottle is well labeled, and clearly bears a “made in USA” label. The product is gelatin free, Halal, Kosher, and vegan, and may be a great option for someone looking for a Biotin product that fits within one of those groups. The recommended serving size is 2 gummies, and if taken as recommended meets 33,000% of RDA. The gummies taste lightly fruity, (which may be the strawberry flavor), although I wouldn’t have guessed that without reading the label. The best by date on the bottle I received is 10/3/25, so it appears a fresh bottle will have a shelf life of about a year.I’m less sure about what kind of quality control measures went into this product. There is no mention on the bottle or the product page (at the time of this review) suggesting this product was made in a GMP rated facility or of any independent third party testing – so really I don’t know for certain that this product is anything other than fruity gumdrops. Or began. Or Halal. But similarly I have no reason to doubt the these claims.My 4-star rating reflects that the manufacturer was pretty transparent with this product, and while I have questions, the product does seem to match what is shown on the product page.

Easy way to take biotin
I have taken biotin supplements for a few years now to improve my hair and nails. Taking gummies are definitely easier than pills or having to add powder to a drink. These gummies are on the smaller size. They are a little chewy and kinda stick in your teeth. I don’t particularly care for the taste of these, but I am sure other people would not mind them.One other thing that bothered me which is Amazon’s fault most likely and not the products- there was a big sticker over the nutritional fact portion of the label. Even trying to get it off to read the label, made the label unreadable.

Each serving of two gummies has fifteen calories and contains three grams of added sugars. The bottle contains sixty gummies which should last you for about a month, making this a good value. These quality-made gummies are an important part of my daily routine. Since taking these for a few weeks now, I have noticed no adverse effects.

I have taken Biotin for awhile now to try to help with hair and nails. These gummies taste really good and were easy to swallow. It was easy to remember to take the daily serving. It’s hard to quantify the results. I used the whole bottle and did notice that my nails and hair appeared healthy, but it’s hard to know how much change was made with the one-month supply. I do feel like my nails are less brittle, which is great. Overall this was a easy to product to use and I think I will give it another month’s supply to see what improvements continue.
