Good blend with solid value
I bought this because it combines inositol with several ingredients I already use, and I like having everything in one bottle. The dose is three capsules, but the amount of inositol makes sense and the ratio works well for general wellness.The added herbs are convenient, and I take this earlier in the day since maca and ashwagandha can sometimes give me a little extra energy. I’m not a big fan of black pepper in supplements and I wish the label listed the exact type of alpha lipoic acid, but those are minor things.I appreciate that it is made in the United States and third party tested. My bottle arrived fresh with a long shelf life. For the price and how many ingredients are included, this is a good value and an easy addition to my routine.

The capsules are easy for me to take, and even though the serving size is a bit higher than what I’m used to, I haven’t had any stomach issues or side effects. Solid blend & noticeable benefits
I got these to help with some of my PCOS symptoms and they’ve actually been a nice addition to my routine. Not Impressed, and Did Not Help Much.
I waited until I was almost finished with the bottle before writing a review, but honestly, I didn’t notice much of a difference. I have PCOS and did see a small change in my appetite, but there were no other noticeable benefits. The taste and smell is not chemical, but more herbal.The product arrived properly sealed, which was good. It says “distributed by Lelumoon,” but it doesn’t say who actually manufactures it or where it’s made. The capsules are a very bright yellow color, brighter than I’d expect for berberine, which I see another reviewer also noticed, though that might be because of the inositol. It also has two different “herbal blends,” but it’s unclear what herbs are included or how much of each is in there.You have to take three capsules per serving, which seems odd since most supplements only require one or two. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle includes 180 total, which equals 60 servings. The ratio of myo-inositol to d-chiro-inositol is higher than usual too.It’s inexpensive for what it claims to offer, but without clear quality assurance or company transparency, it’s hard to know what you’re really getting. Overall, I can’t say I noticed any meaningful improvement after finishing most of the bottle.

Seems like a good product, did not have results for me
Seems to be a well rounded supplement with the proprietary blend. Gmp certification noted.3 capsules per serving seems like a bit much to me since I take other supplements. So then I feel like I’m taking a lot of capsules when all combined.I didn’t notice a significant difference. But what didn’t work for me may work for you, everyone is different as seen in the mixed reviews posted.No pungent smell or taste

Great Formula & Easy to TakeI’ve been really impressed with this Inositol supplement. I like that it combines inositol with berberine and vitex, plus supportive ingredients like folate, maca, and shatavari—all in one product. It feels thoughtfully formulated rather than just a single-ingredient supplement.The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach when taken with food which is a big plus. I also appreciate the higher dosage and the large bottle size. Great value for the price compared to similar products. A lot to love here but higher ratio than usual for inositol
I love inositol and this contains a good amount of inositol, about the usually recommended 2000mg, but with a higher ratio of the chiro-inositol than usually recommended for PCOS. This 1:25 ratio (usually 1:40) may be better for metabolic health, though, which is what I’m using this for, so I like this unique formula. While I haven’t seen a difference yet, I am hopeful that my metabolism will increase as I continue to use this.Because of the maca and ashwagandha, I prefer to take this in the morning in case its energizing.I didn’t take off a star for this, but there are a couple of things I would change if I were designing the formula. First, I don’t love the use of black pepper. There is really limited proof that it helps with absorption and much more research showing that it can cause inflammation.I wish this indicated what type of ALA is used, I’m hoping that its the more effective R-ALA, but the amounts of these extra supplements is small enough that it may not be harmful if its the less absorbable form.I love that this is made in the U.S. and third party tested by an ISO lab. I wish that these results were available for consumer view, but I like that this is a step in the right direction for quality.The bottle I received in October 2025 expires April 2028.

Didn’t really see any change
They’re okay, but, I’m really not sure that I notice any significant differences in my health. I have “P**S” (fill in the blanks, one vowel), and I was curious to see how effective this would be for me. Body physiology varies greatly from person to person, so, I can’t say with any certainty “this will work for no one.” For myself, I really didn’t notice any changes in energy, or pain, or my cycle. I would hope they’re more effective for others, but, I would warn to folks that this may not work for you, and is very much not a cure-all for any condition you have.
