These are as described. They do dissolve in your mouth and are small. The taste is good. I find them easy to take on days that I feel I need extra. I have a B12 anemia and take a daily dose that is smaller than this, but I use this on days when the extra energy is needed.

I have had Vitamin B-12 in my morning routine for some time. I like the sublingual tablets because I really believe they are better absorbed that way. I was actually kind of surprised that these actually taste like pineapple, although the taste is not strong or overpowering. They are made in a GMP facility which I appreciate. They are super easy to take as they are very small and tasty. The bottle contains 90 tablets, and at 1 serving per day, that is a 3 month supply for $14.99 (at the time of this review), which is a great value for the money. I have not noticed any bump in energy, but I have been taking B-12 for some time, so if anything I would have noticed a decrease if they were not working well, which I have not seen.Good quality product for a good price. Recommended.

Innate Vitality supplements are non-GMO and made in the USA, in GMP-certified factories, with 3rd-party testing. This particular formula is also vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free. I was already familiar with the I.V. brand, because they produce a magnesium supplement I use daily, so when I saw this product, I decided to give it a try! B12 can be a bit hard for the body to process, especially in pill form, so I try to look for products that offer it in a methylcobalamin formulation, which improves bio-availability, and I also like to use sublingual tablets for faster and better absorption. This B12 supplement uses the methylated form, delivered in a tiny “lozenge” which dissolve quickly under the tongue, so it ticked all my boxes in terms of quality, efficacy and ease of use. The dots are a little smaller than a baby aspirin, and taste mildly sweet, although I couldn’t detect the supposed natural pineapple flavoring. My regular multivitamins already include some B12, so I didn’t need a huge dosage and this size is ideal as an auxiliary “booster” for low-energy days when I’m feeling foggy or sluggish. The tiny bottle is a pretty good value, since it contains a 90-day supply, and the tablets can be carried around easily in a purse or pocket.

I ordered these B12 supplements because I thought they might give me some extra energy during the afternoon ‘slump’. They are easy to take since you just put one under your tongue to dissolve. The taste isn’t bad and the pills are quite small. I keep the bottle on my desk for those times when I think they might help. Unfortunately, for me they didn’t make a noticeable difference in my energy level. I understand that they are more beneficial to those energy levels drop due to being low on B12, so while they don’t help me, they probably would someone that falls into that category. The bottle contains enough pills for 3 months and at only $15, that is a great buy if they work for you.
