Worth a try
This seems like a clean, quality supplement. I appreciate that the tablets are small and very easy to swallow. I’ve taken them for a few days (dosage is 2/day) and haven’t noticed a significant difference in focus or mental clarity, but I can say there have been no adverse side effects either. There are many different reasons for brain fog, so ginko may not be the answer for all, but it’s worth a try before embarking on more expensive pursuits. It could be just the thing you need.

I have never taken Ginkgo Biloba but read some of the reactions. This pill was easy to swallow and had no side effects. I did not get an upset stomach or headache. There was no leftover taste in my mouth. In terms of results it is hard to say. I feel a bit more focused but not sure if it is the effect of these pills. I like these tablets because they are what they say they are and don’t try to be anything else: Want Ginkgo Biloba? That’s what you get, and the tablets are small, therefore easy to take. (The other ingredients are basic ‘holds the tablet together and preserves it’ type materials.)Basically, Ginkgo is one of the basic go-to supplements for health and brain clarity. The 120mg dose seems to be a good one, too.I found the bottle to be well sealed against tampering, the manufacturing met my personal standards for lab testing and such, and it’s a 60 day supply, which I really appreciate. For those who need vegetarian, it’s got that. Same for no dairy, soy, or gluten.I noted no particular bad smell or anything upon opening the bottle.
